The new membership packet is available online.
Enclosed you will find the membership packet which includes the Membership Types, Membership Application(Family or Individual), Membership Signature Page, Volunteer Opportunities Form, Waiver Release for Adults, Waiver Release for Minor and a Code of Conduct. We have also again included a Membership Checklist this year to better help you keep track of everything that you need to fill out. Please remember to include both parents/guardians if you are using the Family Version. If you have more than two skaters in your family please fill out an Individual Version for the additional members of your family. You will also find pages explaining the Benefits and Activities of the club as well as a Tentative Club Activities Calendar.
Remember that renewals received after July 11th will be subject to a $25 late fee.
