The Annual General Membership Meeting will be held May 19th, 2009 @ 6:30 PM upstaris at Wichita Ice Center. Items to be discussed are:
1) Membership updates-rates, additions, etc…
2) Current financial condition of the club
3) Bylaw changes (three to be exact)
4) Mid-Continent and Sectionals
5) Club Ice
6) Nominating Committee report
7) Fundraising ideas
Pizza will be provided by the club and RSVP to the email annoucement is request. The 2009 Annual Meeting Booklet can be found below in PDF format.
